PHOTOSHOOT PLANNING FROM START TO FINISH
Your entire photoshoot will be meticulously managed by the Launch Your Collection founder and our trusted photoshoot agency partner in Bali or Jakarta, Indonesia. This means you can relax with no worries or stress. We will handle all coordination and management, working closely with you to bring your vision to life through your official brand imagery and videos.

PRODUCT PHOTOSHOOT SHOT
IN STUDIO = IMAGES & VIDEO CLIPS
High-quality studio photos and video of apparel items suitable for your e-commerce product pages in your online website store, social media posts, marketing materials, lookbooks, media kits, and more. You will get up to 7 styles photographed, with up to 4 colors/patterns for each style for a total of 28 samples, including front, back, and different posed product and complete looks on model shots, as well as a close-up fabric detail shots, one video clip of model showing front and back of garment, with a walk-off, and one behind-the-scenes video for Instagram to showcase your apparel brand to your new customers and followers.
LIFESTYLE PHOTOSHOOT SHOT
ON LOCATION = IMAGES & VIDEOS
Choose from one of six locations for the lifestyle portion of your shoot, including Private Estate, City/Urban, Cafe, Gym/Yoga, Beach, and Studio. This will give us lifestyle images that convey the location that most associates with your apparel brand's product category (for example: swimwear brands would select 'Beach' as their location). We will use these images in your e-commerce store on your website, throughout the pages of your website, especially on your homepage, in social media posts, in marketing materials, such as your seasonal lookbooks, media kit, newsletters, and more. You will select a model for your lifestyle shoot, have a production and photography team, make-up and hair stylist, stylist and wardrobe assistant, and have garment preparation, just like your product shoot. You will get 10 fully edited, re-touched, and re-sized images of 5 of your top looks and two behind-the-scenes social media videos lasting 10 seconds each.
LIFESTYLE PHOTOSHOOT SHOT
ON LOCATION: CAMPAIGN VIDEO
Nothing says established like having your own brand campaign video when you first launch! Shot and produced using the same process as your product shots, you will receive a 9x16, 45 second long video with your chosen model and look that provides a campaign style overview of your apparel brand that can be used on your website and in marketing mat. The campaign video makes you look like an established apparel brand, not a new fashion start-up just starting out in the fashion arena.
MODEL SELECTION AND
FLEXIBLE SHOOT DATE
Choose from a diverse selection of models for your tailored photoshoot. Enjoy the flexibility of picking a model that you would like from the options (a sampling of which are included in the slideshow above). The models tend to have a European look, but our photoshoot agency partner can select American models for your shoot, if preferred (which we recommend).
TOP HAIR STYLIST
For make-up looks, you can choose among 4 different options for your model, including Natural, Nude, Formal, and Glam, which are pictured below. Any of these make-up options look good on any of our model's faces and fit any seasonal clothing direction or apparel brand for the perfect dressed up or dressed down looks. Male models get basic make-up using our one-make-up-look-fits-all approach, which works for all of our male models for any product category.
PRE-PRODUCTION PLANNING
We will collaborate with you to create a shot list and a Style Guide, essential tools that ensure our photoshoot studio partner's photography team brings your vision to life precisely as you envisioned.
Our photoshoot partner's stylist will be present when your sample shipment arrives, ensuring that all items are received, unpacked, steamed, sorted, and de-labeled, making them perfectly prepared and shoot-ready.
To ensure an organized and precise shoot aligned with your vision, we will have you fill out a Sample Information Sheet. This document provides our photography production team with all the necessary details to keep your samples organized upon arrival. Additionally, you can offer specific comments, notes, or instructions for the photography team, such as 'Style 1 must be shot with a brown belt, with the shirt half-tucked in' or 'Style 2 and Style 3 should be mixed and matched as one look.' These instructions will be incorporated into the styling of your looks.
SHIPPING OF YOUR SAMPLES
TO & FROM SHOOT LOCATION
Our founder will personally ship up to 7 styles, each available in up to 4 colors or prints, totaling 28 samples, to our photoshoot studio in Bali or Jakarta, Indonesia. After the shoot, the samples will be shipped back to you.
Please note: You are responsible for all shipping costs, including tariffs, duties, customs fees, and any other charges from the U.S. to Indonesia and back to your home address.

PROFESSIONAL MAKE-UP ARTIST
Hair and make-up can make or break an entire photoshoot production. Using professional hair and make-up (HMA) artists can actually save time during the photo retouching process during post production. The hair and make-up team will be following your Style Guide to make sure the overall look and appearance of your selected model is carried out according to your wishes. Our experienced hair and make-up team knows how to highlight the best features of our models and make them pop with fresh, polished, and flattering looks that gives your shoot images and video that extra wow factor. Our HMA team is trained specifically on eCommerce best practices and with many years of experience, they understand that every single look counts toward your bottom line.
Our in-house hair stylists specialize in hair artistry for e-commerce fashion photoshoots. Our hair stylists follow the specs selected by you in the Style Guide to implement your hair styling vision for your model. Both men and women have the same hair styling options: Casual, Easy, Styled, and Coiffed. If the shoot requires a special request hair look specific to a niche or a particular art direction that you had in mind (for example: 1940's glam), we can accommodate that as well.

You will be assigned a personal stylist who combines technical expertise with artistic flair to prep your clothes and style your chosen model to perfection. Our studio partner warehouse boasts a comprehensive accessories line, available for an additional cost if desired. You handpick your key pieces, and together, we will integrate them into your collection to bring your vision to life.
TOP PHOTOGRAPHER & PHOTOGRAPHY ASSISTANT
Our studio partner's in-house photographer excels not only in fashion shoots but also in capturing compelling e-commerce imagery that attracts your website's shoppers. Their photography assistant is equally skilled and follows the same format. There are no additional charges for camera equipment or lighting, whether shot in-studio or on location.
POST-PRODUCTION PHOTO EDITING
Our photoshoot partner's post-production team meticulously edits each photo, enhancing quality and consistency to create a polished, professional look that stands out. Three days after your photoshoot, you will receive all fully edited images and videos.
